   Beijing Dongming XingYe Science Technology Co.,Ltd. is a Japanese exclusive investment enterprise in high-technology, mainly manufacturing and processing various dies, fixtures, plastic products, and it integrates designing, producing and researching into one combination.

The corporation was put into production in 1995. Thanks to the guide, support and help from governments of all levels and from friends of various circles, our corporation developed rapidly in both productive and technical levels. Our production scale has increased by several times. Our business scope: precision molding, designing and manufactuing punching molds, precision punching, precision molding, automatic painting, vacuum plating. The corporation has the deep-processing ability in printing , gilding, welding, painting and vacuum plating. And its products are sold to many world famous enterprises and win the trust from customers.

   Dongming has a whole suite of world famous producing equipments and is capable of providing various plastic parts and series deep-production for manufacturers of mobil phone, auto, and electric appliance. Dongming owns more than 30 mold processing machines such as CNC, wire cutter, EDM and milling machine from Japan, Swiss and American, 1 laser-welding machine and more than 60 accessory machines. Its production capacity of molds is 600 sets per year. The processing accuracy of molding parts can reach ±0.005mm. There are 18 automatic punching machine of 25-200t in the punching workshop, and one cleaning line for punching parts. The punching thickness is 0.2-6mm. We can provide various precision punching parts with multi-working-station for the customers.

      In the molding workshop, there are more than 130 injection machines with a clamping force of 20-850 tons. Among them, there are 13 high-speed SUMITOMO injection machines with an injection speed of 800mm-2000mm/s, 6 NISSEI right-angle injection machines, 2 Sumitomo electro-motion double-shot machines and more than 60 electro-motion injection machines of FANUC, NISSEI, SUMITOMO and TOSHIBA. Dongming also owns a dustless workshop of hundred-thousand-level with stable temperature and humidity. We are capable to produce super precision plastic parts and high standard transparent parts. 

All the painting and plating workshops in Dongming are dustless workshops. Dongming now owns 11 painting lines of various types such as spindle, automatic painting and manual painting.

  Dongming now owns 11 vacuum plating machines of evaporation plating and sputtering plating from Japan and Germany. It can realize shielding and decoration coating on the plastic parts with complicated structures.

  Dongming now has two ten-thousand-level dustless printing workshops. We have  PAD printing machines, silk-screen printing machines, laser carving machines from Germany，hot stamping machines, ultrasonic welding machines, hot-welding machines and assembling lines. They can be used in hot stamping on the surface of plastic parts, welding between plastic parts and assembling of products.

   Dongming owns various precise measuring equipments, such as VMM, CMM, Digital projector, chromatism scale, Ena series network analyzer, Sphere spectro photo meter, Multiangular reflecting tester, film thickness tester, rubbing tester, UV energy gauge, atomy counter and slice cutter.
